At MadeToNest, we want getting your order to feel as good as receiving it. Here's everything you need to know.
Processing Time Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after purchase. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a tracking number once it ships.
Shipping Times
- United States: 7-15 business days
- Canada: 10-20 business days
- International: 10-25 business days
Please note: these are estimates, not guarantees. Shipping times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Rates Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We offer free standard shipping on orders over $75.
Tracking Your Order Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. Tracking can take 24-48 hours to update after shipment.
Order Not Arrived? If your tracking hasn't updated in 10+ business days or your order is delayed beyond the estimated window, please email us at madetonest@proton.me and we'll look into it right away.
Address Accuracy Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're unable to reroute packages once they've shipped, and re-shipping costs for incorrect addresses are the customer's responsibility.
International Customers You may be responsible for customs duties or import taxes depending on your country. These are not included in the shipping cost and are determined by your local customs office.
