How long will it take to get my order? Most orders ship within 1-3 business days. Standard delivery typically arrives in 7-15 business days depending on your location. We'll send you a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.
Do you ship internationally? Yes! We ship to most countries. Shipping times and rates vary by location and will be calculated at checkout.
Will I get a tracking number? Absolutely. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a separate email with tracking info once it ships.

Are your products really eco-friendly? Yes. We carefully source products made from materials like bamboo, beeswax, plant-based formulas, and natural fibers. We're transparent about what each product is made of — you'll find the materials listed on every product page.
Are your cleaning products safe for kids and pets? Our cleaning products are formulated with plant-based, non-toxic ingredients. As with anything, we recommend keeping them out of reach of little ones and reading the ingredient list on each product page for any specific sensitivities.
How do I care for bamboo products? Bamboo is naturally antimicrobial and durable, but to keep it looking beautiful: hand-wash with mild soap, dry thoroughly, and occasionally rub with a food-safe oil to maintain its finish. Avoid soaking or putting in the dishwasher.
💌 Returns & Issues
What if my order arrives damaged or wrong? We're so sorry — that shouldn't happen. Email us at madetonest@proton..me within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number, and we'll make it right.
Can I return something I changed my mind about? Yes, within 14 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging. See our full Return Policy for details.
Can I cancel or change my order? We move fast on orders, so reach out within 12 hours of placing it and we'll do our best. Once an order ships, we can't modify it.
