Returns & Refunds
We want you to love what you ordered. If something's not right, we're here to help.
Our Return Window You may request a return within 14 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging.
Items We Cannot Accept Returns On For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened cleaning products or refills
- Used kitchen items (utensils, scrub brushes, cloths)
- Beeswax wraps or food-contact items once opened
- Sale or final-sale items
How to Start a Return Email us at madetonest@proton.me within 14 days of receiving your order with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you'd like to return
- The reason for return
We'll respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no return shipping needed.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. Please note: original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
Late or Missing Refunds Refunds can take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement depending on your bank. If it's been longer, please email us at madetonest@proton.me and we'll help track it down.
Exchanges We don't currently process direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, simply return the original (per the policy above) and place a new order.
